At Golf Psycho, we value your time and ours. Here's how we handle refunds and cancellations:

1. Coaching Sessions

  • Coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked.

  • You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

2. Digital Content & Events

  • Podcast episodes and free content are available as-is.

  • If we offer a paid course or event in the future, terms will be clearly outlined before purchase.

Golf Psycho provides golf performance coaching and education. It is not occupational therapy, medical treatment, or mental health treatment, and no clinician-client relationship is formed. Laurie Benavidez is a licensed Occupational Therapist (Texas, California); her clinical background informs the coaching methodology but is not provided as licensed treatment through this service.

Carlos is not a pro golfer. His expertise in behavior comes from an over decade long career as a speech therapist serving pediatric populations and their families.
